Apple Dip


2 Apples of Different Colors, yellow, red, or green
1 cup Orange Juice
8 oz Honey Nut Cream Cheese Spread, softened
1 cup Salted Peanuts, coarsely chopped
1 tsp Almond Extract
2 Tbsp Honey 2 or 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar


Wash of the apples, remove the cores, and cut them into slices. Take the orange juice and pour it into a gallon size zip-lock bag. Add the apple slices and shake the bag until they are well coated. This will help stop the apple slices from turning brown.
Once well coated, remove them from the bag and drain the slices on a rack.
Mix all of the remaining ingredients together. Put the mixture into a serving bowl and arrange the slices around the dip.
