Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 large ripe bananas

1/3 cup melted butter
Topping
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon cold butter
1 tablespoon flour
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup nuts
Directions:
Mix the flour, baking powder, baking
soda, and salt together in a large bowl. Mash the banana’s and mix them with
the sugar, egg and melted butter. Stir the banana mix into the dry mix just
until it’s moistened. Fill muffin cups ¾ full.
Mix the brown sugar, flour and
cinnamon. Cut in the butter until it’s crumbly. Sprinkle this over the muffins
and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until the muffins test as done.
Cool in the pan for ten minutes
before serving.
