Trying to make the switch to a gluten-free diet? One of the hardest part can be finding a good flour mix to use that doesn't have all the harmful gluten in it. This gluten-free flour blend only takes about 10 mins to make. It yields 3 cups.
- 2 cups rice flour
- 2/3 cup potato starch
- 1/3 tapioca flour
- 1 tsp. xanthan gum
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Store in an air tight container. Stir again before using. This mixture can be used in all your baking recipes.
