Flower Fundraiser

Do you have a green thumb? Can't wait for spring to come around so you can start growing your little seedlings getting them ready for planting? While some people plant vegetable gardens, many people choose to have flower gardens. These can add beauty and fragrance to your yard and home.

I know it's winter and most people aren't really even thinking about their summer gardens, but this flower fundraiser is a great way to a start on your planning. This fundraiser is in support of the Park Street Playground Project in Bar Harbor, Maine. They will receive 50% of all sales until 4/27/2012. This is a great project started by a friend of mine to rebuild this part so all the children in Bar Harbor have a safe and fun place to play.

Not only will you get the flowers you want, but you'll be supporting a great cause at the same time! Even if you don't garden, these seeds will make a wonderful gift for your friends that do.

Couponing: The Extreme Video Course

I recently had the chance to review Couponing: The Extreme Video Course. I'm new to the whole world of couponing. For a longtime I thought these people were absolutely insane. After all who wants to spends hours of their time clipping coupons when you could be doing other stuff. However, I've recently decided to give it a try. With very little effort I was able to save almost $20 on a recent shopping trip. That convinced me that it was time to start couponing.

While trying to understand how people don't just save a little bit of money, but hundreds and even thousands of year, I started searching the web for tip and tricks to help me figure this out. That's how I came across the course. This course is easy to understand, simple, and straight forward. The course contains 14 videos and 2 bonus videos. It also comes with a companion workbook that spells out everything you see in the videos. This is definitely a resource for newbie couponers. If you have any questions about what you're doing, you can easily check the workbook and get some guidance. It's also nice for people that don't have the best internet connection making watching the video difficult.

What I like best about this system is that it's good for couponers of all levels. Whether you're just starting out, or have been couponing for a while, everyone can learn something new about saving money with this course.

Start Making Money With Superpoints Today!

Superpoints is a website that allows members to earn points that can be redeemed for cash, gift cards and other items. The program is invitation only which really reduces the possibility of getting spammed or scammed through them. There are several ways to earn points through the program, but the easiest by far is the Superlucky button. I’ve only been a member of Superpoints for a couple of months and have already cashed out for $15 in PayPal cash. I know that’s not a lot, but since it only takes a few minutes a day it’s definitely the easiest way to make money that I’ve ever found. The lady that recruited me to the site is currently ranked #2 on the member list and has made over $2,000 since October! Here are some tips to help you get started earning money on Superpoints today!

1.      The first thing that you need to do is get an invite to join Superpoints. Each invite code is only good for one person. In order to get an invite code you need to contact a current member of Superpoints and get one from a current member. (Like me!)

2.      Next you will have to verify your email and fill out our basic profile. It’s a really simple form and only takes a minute or two fill out. Just go to the Settings link in the top right hand corner of the screen, scroll down to the account information link and click that. Fill out the form and you’re good to go!

3.      Start spinning the Superlucky button! As a basic member you receive 30 spins on the button each day. The lowest award is 1 point, but I’ve seen people win as much as 450 points in one spin! Gold members get 50 spins, and platinum members get 100 spins a day!

4.      One of the easiest ways to get more Superpoints is through the referral program. You can invite people to Superpoints by sending them emails or with invite tokens. Just hover over the friends’ link at the top of the screen and click invite. There you will have the choice to either send emails or create tokens. Each token is good for one week and can only be used once. Once you’ve gotten three referrals you are moved up to gold status, and five referrals will give you platinum status. You also get 25 points for each new referral that completes their basic profile. Gold and platinum members also get the points that the people in their network earn when they spin the Superlucky button. So if a person that you refer gets 20 points spinning the button each for a year you would end up receiving the same 7,300 points that they earned. That’s $73 a year for doing absolutely nothing! You also receive get 5 points for each survey that they complete! Referral points can add up quickly and are probably the best way to earn Superpoints. A final point on the referral system is that it is five levels deep. So you refer your friend, then they refer a friend, and so one for five levels. You get points from each and every one of these members!

5.      Make sure to watch your email for Superpoint bonus points. Each day they will send you an email with bonus points in it. Simply click on the link to get these points added to your account. They are just like the button and can be anywhere from 1 point to 450 points. Possibly more, but 450 is the highest I’ve seen.  

6.      Superpoints also has many different offers that can be completed for additional points. These include surveys, watching short videos, “liking” different pages on Facebook, downloading free apps, or joining different programs. Many of the offers on Superpoints are free and won’t ever cost you a dime. However, they also have many trial offers that you can sign up for such as Netflix, Blockbuster, and creditreport.com. The amount of offers that you complete is totally up to you. Do one, or do none!

You probably won’t get rich on Superpoints, but it’s a great way to earn a little extra cash.
