The Hunger Games: Catching Fire In Theaters Nov 22nd!

The Hunger Games is one of my favorite book series of all time! It's got everything, a strong, reluctant heroine, action, betrayal, politics, and romance. The series has swept across the world gaining millions of fans. I was so glad that the first movie truly lived up to the story and from the trailer for the second book Catching Fire it looks like this will be even better!

The movie will hit theaters on November 22 and I can't wait to see it! If you haven't read the books yet, then I seriously recommend that you do! You won't put them down once you start :)

Hunger Games Trilogy

I just finished reading the Hunger Games trilogy by Suzanne Collins and have to say that I loved it! Katniss is a strong, independent young woman who has her world shattered by the Hunger Games. The series follows her triumphs and tragedies as the games eventually take over her life in ways she could never have prepared for. This is a rather violent series, but none of it a gratuitous. Every scene pushes the story forward. Once you start reading the first book, you won't want to put it down.
